New Life Coordinator Natalie treats you like a friend and you can always count on her to assist with any queries.

The doctors made me feel so comfortable and they were always just a call, or WhatsApp msg away when I had a question.

On the day of the procedure/egg retrieval, the nurses make sure you are comfortable and really try to calm your nerves. They regularly came to check up on me and when I felt better they discharged me and wished me well.

Overall this process was good and I will definitely do it again if I get chosen again.
